Free shipping on orders of $130+. Transit time varies between 2-5 business days depending on the proximity of the delivery address to our warehouses. Free delivery may be blocked for Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories and certain addresses in remote areas of Quebec and out of province. Delivery charges may apply for these locations. For delivery to these locations, please contact customer service.
No deliveries to P.O. Boxes are accepted as delivery personnel refuse delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
For returns, products must be returned within the permitted window and in their original packaging, still wrapped and unused. A product inspection is required prior to issuing a refund.
Warranty
The Wild Tribe paddleboards are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Damage caused by misuse or neglect of the board is not covered. Cosmetic defects and perforations are covered for a period of 48 hours following receipt of the board. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. Full warranty details here.

Integrated technologies
Crocodile skin style EVA pad that provides a good grip while remaining comfortable for your feet.
One of the two PVC stringers that we add to ensure better stiffness and resistance to pressure.
MSL fusion is a process that fusions two layers of military-grade PVC to make one hyper-strong layer of PVC.
X-woven drop stitch is a construction method where threads running perpendicular to the surface of the board are woven in an X-shaped pattern. This creates a stronger bond between the two layers of PVC and results in a more rigid and durable board.
A high-pressure-laminated, heat-pressed seam creates an unrivalled, airtight, waterproof seal.
The final layer is the rail tape, which creates the seal on the quadruple-layer rail, eliminating any weakness.

Increasing the stiffness of our boards while reducing the thickness of our boards was an ambitious engineering challenge we set ourselves when we designed The Wild Tribe 2023 paddleboard line. It's a challenge our team met with flying colors, thanks in no small part to the new DualCore™ technology, which adds two double-layer PVC reinforcement strips to create added tension and provide support for the board's horizontal membranes.

JunctionFuse™
JunctionFuse™ is an innovation we developed for 2023 to make The Wild Tribe paddleboards more pressure resistant. Our team of product engineers reimagined the way our boards' sidewalls are made by lengthening the heat welded section and increasing the adhesion surface.

J'aime beaucoup ce paddleboard, il se gonfle facilement, se range super bien dans le sac qui contient beaucoup de poches pour du rangement. La grandeur de la planche est parfaite pour mes besoins, elle se manie très bien. Tout a l'air vraiment solide, il restera à voir dans le temps, mais je suis super confiant.
J’ai commandé ma planche le jeudi, l’ai reçu dès le lundi suivant qui etait une magnifique journée d’automne, j’en ai profité pour l’essayer la journée même . Tout est simple d’utilisation, le gonflage prend environ 10 min et se dégonfle en 2 min. Elle est stable, je l’adore et en plus elle a un look d’enfer, je suis très satisfaite de mon achat et du service reçu. En plus de faire affaire au Québec. Vivement l’été prochain.
