The Wild Tribe is committed to offering high-quality products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for returns or warranty claims.

  • A proof of purchase from The Wild Tribe or an authorized dealer is required.

BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM

Contact Us: First, register your return with our customer service team to receive a case number, which must be included on the shipping label. Unregistered returns will be refused.

Condition: Items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all included accessories (paddle, pump, leash, fins, etc.). Any signs of use may reduce the refunded amount.

Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: The product amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Comment compléter votre retour

  1. Contactez-nous : Enregistrez d’abord votre retour auprès de notre équipe pour obtenir une autorisation et un bordereau de retour. Les retours non autorisés seront refusés et retournés au client à ses frais.

  2. Préparez votre colis : Emballez soigneusement votre article dans une boîte avec le bordereau d’autorisation de retour. Les produits doivent être propres, dans un état quasi neuf, et inclure tous les accessoires d’origine (pagaie, pompe, leash, ailerons, kit de réparation, etc.). Les cadeaux inclus lors de l’achat doivent également être renvoyés.

  3. Expédiez votre retour : Choisissez le transporteur de votre choix pour expédier votre colis (sauf pour les planches rigides) avec un numéro de suivi. Conservez ce numéro pour vos références.

  4. Adresse de retour : Envoyez votre retour à l’adresse suivante :

  5. Délais : Les retours doivent être expédiés dans les 5 jours ouvrables suivant la réception de l’autorisation. Les retours tardifs ne seront pas remboursés et seront convertis en crédit en magasin. Si un délai supplémentaire est nécessaire, contactez-nous avant l’expédition.

  1. Combien coûte l’expédition de retour ?
    Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client et varient selon le transporteur choisi et la localisation. Consultez les transporteurs pour un devis.

  2. Quelle taille de boîte utiliser ?
    Utilisez idéalement l’emballage d’origine. À défaut, voici quelques dimensions de boîte suggérées : 35" x 15" x 18"

  3. Quand recevrai-je mon remboursement ?
    Une fois le retour reçu et inspecté, le traitement prend environ 1 à 2 semaines. Les frais de livraison initiaux ne sont pas remboursés.

  4. En quoi consiste l’inspection du retour ?
    Nous vérifions l’état des produits et accessoires à l’arrivée. Tout dommage, article manquant ou signe d’usure entraînera une réduction du remboursement.

  5. Quels articles ne peuvent pas être retournés ?
    Les articles d’occasion ou provenant de ventes spéciales ne sont pas éligibles pour un retour.

  6. Comment retourner une planche rigide ?
    En raison de leur taille, ces retours nécessitent un transporteur spécialisé. Contactez-nous pour organiser l’envoi.

Les produits achetés auprès de revendeurs tiers doivent suivre la politique de retour de ces vendeurs. Les achats effectués chez des revendeurs agréés peuvent être retournés dans les 30 jours suivant l'achat, avec une preuve d'achat, et doivent être dans un état neuf avec tous les accessoires d'origine.

Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack your item in a box along with the return authorization slip. The product must be clean, in near-new condition, and include all original accessories (paddle, pump, leash, fins, repair kit, etc.). Any promotional gifts included with the purchase must also be returned.

Ship Your Return: Choose a carrier of your choice to ship your package (except for hardboards) and include a tracking number. Keep this number for your records. * We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during returns.

Send tracking number to our customer service so we can update your order with the return information.

Return Deadline: Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving authorization. Late returns will not be refunded and will be converted into store credit. If you need extra time, contact us before shipping.

What size box should I use?
Ideally, use the original packaging. For paddleboards, If unavailable, here are the box dimensions: 35" x 15" x 18".

How do I return a hardboard?
Due to their size, hardboard returns require a specialized carrier. Contact us to arrange shipping for a special price.

Third-Party Products & Authorized Resellers

Products purchased from third-party sellers must follow the return policy of the respective retailer. Purchases made from authorized resellers can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, and must be in new condition with all original accessories.
