COMMON QUESTIONS (FAQ)
The needle on the dial of the pump is not rising.
The pressure gauge starts at 5 PSI. Build internal pressure in the board is required before the gauge registers it. Once the board takes it shape and is rigid, pressure is still low, continue adding air for 3 to 10 minutes and you will see the needle raise as the pressure is building up in the board.
The adjustment of your paddle is loose?
There's a simple solution to your problem that takes less than a minute. The clip securing the paddle has a screw to adjust the closing force. Turn it clockwise when the clip is open to tighten the adjustment. Closing the clip applies increased pressure, preventing slippage.
My board deflates when I remove my pump from the valve.
Rest assured, your board is most likely not defective! Before starting to use the pump, you need to lift the piston in the valve by turning it slightly, so that it's in the closed, raised position. Once you've done this, you can proceed to inflate your board with complete confidence, without fear of it deflating later. If the problem persist, please reach out to our customer service
My fin is not screwing all the way in.
The first time may be more difficult, but you can use a flat screwdriver or a knife to help you screw it in correctly.
After a few uses, if it becomes difficult to screw in your fin, there may be sand in the anchor. You can clean it out with a small jet of water, or try vacuuming the dirt out.

Why are there 4 loose handles in my SUP box?
The four velcro handles included with your board have been designed to simplify transportation. You can position them at both ends and in the center of your paddle board, offering a practical, balanced grip for easy movement.

What is the small plastic cap on the top side of the manual pump center tube
The plastic cap on the manual pump's top side center tube, known as the double action cap, determines the pump's mode. Removing it switches to single-action mode, and replacing it switches to double-action mode. This provides flexibility to choose the mode based on inflation requirements and resistance.
I have a small bump underneath my board, opposite to my valve?
The bump under your board opposite to the valve is normal and is not a defect. During valve installation, dropstitch threads connecting the top and bottom are cut, creating a bulge where there is no more connection. This does not impact the product's performance.
