We offer free shipping on boards across North America, with transit times of 2-5 business days based on your distance from our Montreal warehouse.
Please note that free shipping may not be available for Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories, as well as certain remote postal codes in Quebec and other provinces. If you're in one of these areas, shipping charges may apply. Feel free to reach out to Customer Service for assistance.
Additionally, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, as many couriers do not accept them.

Returns
To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days, and are subject to inspection before processing.

Warranty

All our accessories come with a limited 6-months warranty, starting from the shipping date. Please note that damage resulting from misuse or negligence is not covered under this warranty.

Bien pensé

Item bien pensé et bien conçu, pratique surtout si on prévoit vouloir fixer la pagaie à la planche pour faire autre chose (yoga, pauses). Toutefois nous l'avons retourné car pas utile pour l'utilisation que nous prévoyons faire de notre planche.
